the location was good and provided easy access to nearby amenities.
the mattress was too soft and lacked proper support on its sides, i was like i was falling out of the bed all night. the duvet did not properly fit the cover. it only covered three-quarters of the size. i found this disappointing.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

scuffed wallsmoldy bathroom
The room I got seemed worn. The carpet had seen better days. I found some scuffs on the walls. The bathroom had a bit of mold. Not a pretty sight. I did report the issues with Reception were I received an apology. A discount would have been appreciated though.

the location is fantastic! it's really close to lime street station. our upgraded room even featured a separate lounge area with a comfy sofa and an extra tv! the bathroom was excellent, too! it had a powerful shower that was just amazing.
I found a couple of holes and some surface raising on the desk in my room. It sort of detracted from the overall look! it's a small detail, but it would be great if they could fix it!

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

convenient locationclicking radiatorimproved parking
The location was convenient, right next to the train station.
I booked this place expecting better. The room seemed like an oven, even with no heating on and the window open. The clicking radiator kept me up all night. The parking situation could also be improved. Allocating spaces would solve a lot of problems.
